Profile
You have a rights-based approach to international cooperation and are committed to
improving the living conditions of deaf people in cooperation with dedicated

customs and an accommodating personality with strong personal drive and
passion for developing new ideas.
• Cooperative, a team player, structured, independent, taking initiatives, and

collectively.
It is an advantage if you also have:
• Knowledge about the working environment of a Non-Governmental
Organisation or deaf association, such as staff or board member.

and experiences required related to project management, LFA, MEL, etc. but are
willing to learn, please do not hesitate to apply for the position. We also welcome
applications from recently graduated candidates. We will provide training and
coaching.
Currently, the position is classified as part-time (32 hours/week) but working hours
will gradually increase into a full-time position (37 hours/week) depending on funding.
Furthermore, the position demands some travel activity to our partner countries
